Christian Elongué represent INPAS at the International Youth Diplomacy Conference 2018
From 17th – 21st July, 2018, Christian Elongué, International Network for the Promotion of Arts of Speech (INPAS) Chairman, represented us at the International Youth Diplomacy Conference (IYDC) at the University of Ghana in Accra.
